I have already received about five boxes and I loved everything, even if with some meals at first I thought, oh well, that doesnt appear too exciting, but it always tasted fantastic! Love the quality of the food and the instructions. I have already learnt some new tidbits abiut cooking and ingredients and how to store foods and so on... In addition I love the very low stress level in regards to shopping... in regards to the app, it is well designed in my eyes. Easy to navigate, easy to cancel boxes! Also, I like it that I can see the meals of boxes that I havent ordered. So, thumbs up, I love this service and that it is easy to pause or unpause boxes.

Funktioniert tadellos. Toll wäre es, wenn man die Thermomix Rezepte noch wegfiltern könnte.

I have been using Hello Fresh for a few months now. You have different packages to choose from, including family meals, veggie meals, and more. You pick the day you want delivered and choose the amount of meals according to the package you purchased, which you can change at any time. You open the app and there are all of your choices for the week. If you want to know all of what is in the meal you can search the meal and it will show you all the ingredients, how to cook the meal, and nutrition information. I have never had a problem getting correct meals and everything has always been fresh! One of the best parts of Hello Fresh is learning new ways to cook some of your favorites and new meals that become favorites.

Love having 3 complete meals ready to be made in the fridge on my busy weeks! Produce has been fresh and meat delicious and high quality. It looks confusing but you pick the box you want, classic, vegetarian, family- how many meals a week you want- and then choose your meals out of the 5 or 6 available for that week. You even choose what day you want it delivered. Highly recommended!

I have ALWAYS wanted recipes to include the entire meal - not just an entree or just a side. Im not that creative to put things together, so Hello Fresh is PERFECT for me! No more trying to figure out what things go together! The work is already done. And every recipe Ive tried is AMAZING! Everyone in my family loves the dinners and the flavors. Cant imagine dinner without Hello Fresh now!

I am finally learning to cook real meals! And the app has made it so easy for me to manage my account while away from the computer. One of the other reviews said that it doesnt tell you what ingredients they ship to you, but if you go on the app or the website, you just click on that meal under this weeks recipes and it gives you a list and pics of all the ingredients, and tells you how to make it. You dont even have to have a delivery scheduled-all the recipes are there just like they send with you meals...its great. Now I go buy the ingredients and can make the meals that we liked the most. What a great service, and I havent had any problems with the app or my meal deliveries at all. Thanks!

Some bad moments

Why isnt PayPal a payment option? Your website said Otis however when I go to process an order on the app, it doesnt come up?

The developers make it difficult to cancel your subscription on purpose so that you get frustrated and stop trying.

When ipad invariably goes to sleep app forgets where you were and you have to unlock screen and start all over from top to find your recipe and step. What the foozle. Tell me nobody has ever tried this? Please have the app stay active when device sleeps and maybe even have a toggle button onscreen saying keep ipad alive/let sleep as we go along. Also videos havent worked for me yet. So yeah I just follow the paper recipe cards though I much prefer the onscreen step styles and seriously can you use the whole screen youre not trying to save ink here. Make it user friendly

I love this app. I am able to pull up this app and make my meal selections, rather than having to drag out the laptop. Love the app and love Hello Fresh.

Love that I can rate a meal immediately. Easy to use. Can favorite my top choice meals to make again later.

The app is easy to use and I love that it has step-by-step instructions for each meal. The video links never work though. It is easy to pause delivery or save recipes. The FLAVORS and ease of cooking the vegetarian meals is unbelievable.
