Hello fresh experience

I really am happy with the meals I have received. All have been really good. The only issue I am having is when I try to order their website (or app) is not very easy to use. It has been difficult to place my meal order and they have done their on selection on my order. (Which I am not really liking)
I called and they assured me it was fixed but I am still having trouble with it.
I get very easily frustrated when going on line so I wish this was simpler.
