I have already received about five boxes and I loved everything, even if with some meals at first I thought, oh well, that doesnt appear too exciting, but it always tasted fantastic! Love the quality of the food and the instructions. I have already learnt some new tidbits abiut cooking and ingredients and how to store foods and so on... In addition I love the very low stress level in regards to shopping... in regards to the app, it is well designed in my eyes. Easy to navigate, easy to cancel boxes! Also, I like it that I can see the meals of boxes that I havent ordered. So, thumbs up, I love this service and that it is easy to pause or unpause boxes.

I have been using Hello Fresh for a few months now. You have different packages to choose from, including family meals, veggie meals, and more. You pick the day you want delivered and choose the amount of meals according to the package you purchased, which you can change at any time. You open the app and there are all of your choices for the week. If you want to know all of what is in the meal you can search the meal and it will show you all the ingredients, how to cook the meal, and nutrition information. I have never had a problem getting correct meals and everything has always been fresh! One of the best parts of Hello Fresh is learning new ways to cook some of your favorites and new meals that become favorites.

Love having 3 complete meals ready to be made in the fridge on my busy weeks! Produce has been fresh and meat delicious and high quality. It looks confusing but you pick the box you want, classic, vegetarian, family- how many meals a week you want- and then choose your meals out of the 5 or 6 available for that week. You even choose what day you want it delivered. Highly recommended!

I have ALWAYS wanted recipes to include the entire meal - not just an entree or just a side. Im not that creative to put things together, so Hello Fresh is PERFECT for me! No more trying to figure out what things go together! The work is already done. And every recipe Ive tried is AMAZING! Everyone in my family loves the dinners and the flavors. Cant imagine dinner without Hello Fresh now!

I am finally learning to cook real meals! And the app has made it so easy for me to manage my account while away from the computer. One of the other reviews said that it doesnt tell you what ingredients they ship to you, but if you go on the app or the website, you just click on that meal under this weeks recipes and it gives you a list and pics of all the ingredients, and tells you how to make it. You dont even have to have a delivery scheduled-all the recipes are there just like they send with you meals...its great. Now I go buy the ingredients and can make the meals that we liked the most. What a great service, and I havent had any problems with the app or my meal deliveries at all. Thanks!

I love this concept! The prep and cook times were spot on! We got a family box and tried the barbecue chicken over rainbow pasta. It was awesome and fresh! It was worry free and easy to follow to give my family of a 4 a home cooked, healthy meal that was delish!

The app is a great tool with how to videos and helpful information not found in the literature sent with the meals. The HelloFresh service is wonderful, the meals are really good and usually very satisfying, I am a big guy and only once or twice have I still been hungry after finishing, desert takes care of that though. My wife and I have even lost weight in the two months or so that we have been getting five meals a week. We prepare the meals together, with me chopping and cooking the meats, stir fry and such and she will work on the sides. It has been wonderful for both of us to be together instead of me piled up on the couch and her coming in from work having to prepare our meal alone, and she is relieved to not have to plan each meal, which gets difficult after eighteen years of marriage. I Highly recommended this for empty nesters.

Hello Fresh offers an easy and nutritious way to to mind your meals. Most take less than 45 minutes to cook. This app lets you see whats about to arrive. Also you can see what the next week menu is, or contact Hello Fresh to change one or more of the menu items. Vegetarian, no problem. This app offers so much more! Shipping of food is in heavy cardboard box, well insulated and with massive blocks of ice to keep everything within food safety limits.

I have been waiting for this app and it does not disappoint. Very easy to navigate, photos are great and makes the meal selections super easy to make! Also lets you rate the dish and post photos after you cook. Great job!

I tried one of the other home delivery food services and Hello Fresh is far better. I love that I can choose my weekly meals and also choose what day I would like them delivered. Every meal has been delicious and the recipes are easy to follow. No more meal planning or running to the grocery store after a busy day at work.

I really am happy with the meals I have received. All have been really good. The only issue I am having is when I try to order their website (or app) is not very easy to use. It has been difficult to place my meal order and they have done their on selection on my order. (Which I am not really liking) I called and they assured me it was fixed but I am still having trouble with it. I get very easily frustrated when going on line so I wish this was simpler.

This box has really been a nice way to reduce wasted food. I have only tried 4 meals so far and I can only say 2 of them were good. Im def going to keep getting the meals and see if they get better.

From the quality, to the quantity, it doesnt get any better! Ripe veggies and fresh organic produce, it doesnt get much better! Thank You Hello Fresh finally something new for dinner!

Amazing!! The food is so good and fresh!! I was afraid because my husband doesnt like anything healthy! BUT he loves this! I was shocked! Great new fresh recipes everyday! Im so in love with HelloFresh!!!

Good app, but not great app. It needs a timer with an alarm on steps that cook longer than 10 minutes. Recipe search does not work well. All box labels should be searchable in Recipes and many are not. Boxes should have scannable QR codes so we can link to the recipe for the box.
