I’ve used Hello Fresh for over a year and at first, the quality was good, but for the last 6 months, the produce is wilted, the mean has been grey or punctured where it leaks all over everything. When I placed the issues in the app, I would get a partial in app credit.
When I tried skipping some weeks, I would get notifications to unskip, but it never notified when the end of the skip, not notify me to make selections. I had a “free item for life’l but if I missed picking the box, I would not get the free items.
I tried it a few times afterwards, but the quality just isn’t there and feels like a money pit. I canceled the subscription.
